We had purchased a garments on 31/01/2018 jan at 9.30 pm with offer buy 3 get one at peter england trichy. Two garments unfit for wear. We need exchange for that dress, but showroom people refused and they said that after sale there is no exchange. But that matter never said by you and show room people. Support staff is not good. Support was not allowing to try clothes to all customers. Support even had arrgument with customer.
I purchased clothes worth around 12000 Rs. But clothes were not in condition of ready to wear not even ironed after altering trousers.
