Had raised my concern about item not received and no attempt initiated by courier. Have received mail from your end and assured that issue will be resolved but no communication from your end till date. Am very Disappointed. Not happy with your services. You should concentrate on Retail shops business only. Online business is not your cup of tea or team is not effeicent enough to handle on line business.
