Peter England — Tshirt quality

Dear Peter England Quality Team,

I have done my recent purchase in komarapalayam store few months before and found below quality issues.

1. Skip stich
2. Shrinkage of the garment

Attached the skip stitch and big hole found on brand new tshirt .

In my recent purchase I have seen the shrinkage of the garment is very high. What is the shrinkage you are keeping on your knit tshirt.

For this complaint I would like to get a proper response from your quality team.
