I'm a resident of Ramatheru PO Pallikunnu Kannur-4.Sir in Azhikoddan NGR Housing colony stray dog problems are very high.
My neighbour Mr Binoy Philip(Tenant of Veluthery House Azhikoddan NGR Ramatheru PO Pallikunnu Kannur 4) is responsible for all these causes.He has a very ferocious dog it doesn't allow anyone to pass through the road it usually comes to everyone's houses and create problems.It runs behind each and every vehicles passing through the road inorder to bite the riders.It has even caused several accidents.Many people told him to cage it but he is not doing so, the dog don't have belt nor proper Kennel.Due to this dog many stray dogs have been colonising in our area and creating problems.We feel really scared due to this ferocious dogs.Please help us sir.

Authorities didn't took any action stray dogs in this area is increasing day by day and is becoming a threat to us.Worst experience.
