Pets Nuisance — stray dogs nuisance day and night

Shreenagar extension, chandrasquare, complete area. The street dogs are such a menace. They come to top floors of buildings, destroy the garbage bags, bite small children, run along the bikes, cars making their drive imbalance, shout at each other, keeps shouting throughout the night, they # anywhere, keep barking and keep messing with pers. There are useless 5 to 15 dogs just for a small lane. Complete area might have more than 50 dogs. I humbly you to take all of them away and never bring back to same place for whatever reason. They become more dangerous for public if you bring back and put them here after your treatment.
