I paid Rs.4856.46 to the thepetcare.in website for Pedigree PRO Expert Nutrition Adult Large breed Dogs Dry dog food 20 kg pack x1 and received order summary under Order #7706 on 30 December 2022. This material has not been delivered as on 4th February 2023. I wrote 5 reminder mails further. On 7Jan 2023 I got a reply that due to some logistics issue it would reach me in two days. Further mails no reply. I have asked to refund the amount on12 Jan 2023 but received no reply. This website seems to be a fraudulent one and cheats Indian Public. They collect the money in advance but does not honor the order. The contact what sup number +91 -[protected] given in their website does not exist.
