full description of the incident: paid Rs.4856.46 on 30.12.2022 for 20kg of pedigree PRO and received Order # 7706.(in attachment) in the thepetcare.in website. but product not received as on 04.02.2023. wrote email on 7th Jan 2023. Reply received on 7h Jan 2023 that product reaching in two days. Product not received. further mails on 9th, 11th and 12th January, no reply received.
Desirable solution: asked for refund on 12th Jan 2023. Refund not received.
seems to be a fraudulent website. Many complaints are observed in the net about this company.
