PF — employer share deducted in my salary

Dear sir/madam.

I am working for a delhi based company in contract in 3rd party roll for japanese company. But my company is not paying p. F employer share both employee and employer share they are deducting in my salary. Please advice me how i can make them to pay their share.
Shame issue i discussed many times with the h r of the company and company sectary but no use
