Sir, I have done a transaction for payment in PGECET examination for Rs.504 through my State Bank Of India debit ATM card on[protected] but an error message was displayed showing "Sorry we are unable to process your transaction please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com" so i Repeatedly do the transaction again for the same amount Rs. 504.then i faced the same problem. But My account shows debit balance of Rs. 1008( 504+504) Please help me to refund back the unsuccessful transaction amount of Rs. 1008 into my A/c in State Bank of India. Amount Debited But Transaction Failed

Today on 4th May2015 at 2PM I had made a transaction of Rs1394/- to www.bsnl.co.in for mobile bill payment
through ICICI bank debit card payment(visa) but an error message was displayed showing" Sorry we are unable to
process your transaction please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com. But immediately I got message
from ICICI bank at my mobile no [protected] that amount of Rs 1394 has been debited from my a/c.

Kindly do the needful and arrange to send the Receipt from BSNL.
