[Resolved]  Phadnis Infrastructure — Default on fixed deposit

I have also experienced the same as my cheque also bounced. A retired sr. citizen has to go through such troubles and face problems for his hard earned money. We all should come together and fight against phadnis.

Same is case for many others and even the office to be sealed by bankers.

Find enclosed the attachment from Central Bank for possession notice for their office.They are DEFAULTERS to Consortium banks(many other banks) They are not paying matured DEPOSITS to the tune of Rs.3.00 Lacs belonging to my Father in law who is 90 years old

I had the same issue, I have invested 50000 & last 4 months following but always the answer is after 15 days it will be paid. Is there any where we need to complain to get the money.

Same is the situation with me.I have investment of 195000/- in this co. FD maturity month was august 2014. Right from that month I am following but the answer is after15 days it will be paid. Nowadays they are not responding on phone also. What we should do now?

I also invested in Phadnis Infra. On 31-AUg-2015, there was maturity. I submitted the check. Check is bounced back.

I have Experienced the same thing, They duped my mothers hard earned money. Could not use it for her Treatment even though she had the money.

We have invested Rs 6 Lakh. We are neither getting principal amount already matured nor interest.

My interest overdue amount for last 3 quarters is 45000

They are just giving dates for payments. Tarikh pe tarikh.

Staff working there has not received salary over 1 year.

All the investors are facing same issue. I don't know when this problem will be solved.

Lets work together to fight against Phadnis. They have cheated so many people. Even my FD principal and interest both the cheques are bounced.

I have invested 10 lac . if all the people are coming together please inform me on [protected] .

Are you guys nuts to invest in these FDs? Do you not know that there are banks in India for this?

I am also one such investor who is struggling to get my initial Principle amount + unpaid interest over last 3 years back from the Phadnis Infra group. Have you people got together to file an official complaint? Or met to discuss further action to be taken or atleast formed a group to discuss further course of action?
