Dear sir/madam,

I am Ashok chouhan gratuted from Smriti college Indore (RGPV). I was apply for PCI registration of 06/06/17, and that application no. PH[protected].
Document verification process initial and final approval by authorized persons was done on 21/07/17 and 24/08/17(final) but nowever i am not recieve the it. so kindly look this matter and provide me current status for the same, as soon as possible.
