[Resolved]  Philips India — Repair not yet done for home theatre

Dear sir/mam

I purchased 1 home theatre in month of November which is not working since more than 15 days due to no power and have raised ticket to Philips support team and as the value of product is not more the same is not yet repaired as same is in warranty as well it’s been more than 10 days the product is not yet repaired and the reason is provided that the part is yet not procured or in transit by Mr Sanket who is service manager please take this for closure
