Phoenix ARC Private Limited — Recovery of HDFC credit card payment | |
Dear concern I am writing you this in reference to my outstanding Hdfc credit card payment for rs 104651.13 which was settled by phoenix arc group team to rs 76000 by phone ( customer care executive name Ms Sumera, mobile no. [protected]). And as per her provided information I am doing the monthly payment by instalment from March to till this month July to Kotak Mahindra Bank account. ( details attached). But i got only first 2 months receipts from Kotak bank as acknowledgement of my payment and unfortunately after that I didn’t get any receipts from your bank. Settlement letter for an amount of rs 76000/- I did not get neither from Phoenix arc group nor from your Kotak Mahindra Bank. But still I am regularly paying the instalment amount of rs 8 k every month to clear my outstanding . Now I got another legal notice where the case was filed by Phoenix team against me to office of the district legal authority by the month of July whereas I gave the every month payment to Kotak Mahindra bank ( details of payment statement attached). Here I have all the documents till date for payment to Kotak Mahindra bank account which account was provided by your team ( executive name: Ms Sumera ) In this context I am surprised how kotak bank / Phoenix people can file a case against me when I am giving all the payments every month … is it not your duty to settle it from the office of district legal authority?? Why they sent me the legal notice in the month of July when your Kotak bank got the payment from March month onwards ?? Don’t you think it is a complete harassment for a lady. Pls acknowledge and expedite the reply otherwise I need to apply consumer forum for this.
