PHONE CALLS — Unwanted calls

I am getting regular calls and missed calls from these numbers everytime the person is calling from the different numbers, the numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected]
Its very irritating and m facing problems due to this please take legal action against the person, these calls are creating nuisance in my life and like me they can disturb others also so please please take action asap
