PHONE CALLS — Getting Unknown Calls from Pakistan

Hi,

I got a call, from an unknown number

I got a missed call, so I called back on the same number, as i thought one my friend calling from saudi/ qatar.
A lady, in a very bad tone rebuked me, saying that she is from vodafone and i won 25 lac in lottery dip and mean time she has given another number to contact [protected]. I found its rubbish call
Immediately I found out that the ISD code(+92) is of Pakistan, but currently she is continuously giving missed call.....& even iam ignoring same call
Please look into the matter seriously, as I still wonder, as to how anybody from Pakistan got my cell number, when I have not displayed it anywhere in public
