I did an upi phone pay transfer of INR 6500 to a merchant named sab paisa. Money has been debited from my account but has not reached the merchant. The transfer was done on 18 JUNE 2022.Merchant is saying that Our team reviewed the matter of deposit, contacted your payment provider, and they confirmed that the transaction failed, as the funds never reached to us. I mailed the bank now and Icici bank is mailing me that transfer was successful....
