Phonepe has blocked my Account without any update even I have not violated any rule, even after blocking my account they have rechargedy phonepe wallet by RS 1000 without my permission, however I have reached Phonepe customer service they are not aware about the issue and they are saying that account is active but while login I am getting error message that tha account is blocked....

I have scan the Qr code on light bill by Phone Pe and it showed the exact amount which was shown on light bill which was 780 rupees. I was trying to book a ticket from IRCTC App and made the payments through PhonePe. My money has been deducted from my account and payment is showing successful at PhonePe end but IRCTC didn't receive any payment or money on settlement so they didn't booked any tickets for me.
