I ordered a package on 13 oct 2017 from jabong using phonepe app but due to some reasons transaction was failed but my account was debited with rs[protected] from account + 200 from phonepe wallet). I complained twice but till now neither they solved my problem nor they are responding to my mails or phone calls.
Earlier they gave me 31 oct 2017 to solvey problem then they extended it to 6 nov 2017 but till date the haven't solved it...

Dear sir/madam,

The amount of rs. 22190 has been refunded by phonepe to my account but amount has not been credited to my bank account. When i contact to bank they are saying that phonepe is responsible and phonepe are saying that bank is responsible.
Kindly help me out this transaction.

As per return id no.[protected] of flipkart the refund amount rs 3355.00 sent to phonepe. As per transaction
Id: p1710301751568349022692 from phonepe app the refund amount not created in bank or phonepe wallet. Many times i wrote complaint to [protected]@phonepe.com always they are replying it is solved.
So kindly help me to solve this problem.

I was purchasing a laptop (Model lenovo ideapad 320) worth rs.41, 990/- from flipkart on 15 october 2017. I made payment through hdfc internet banking through phone pe account. Payment was successful transaction no: c1710152147138863340346, payment deducted my account in 16 october 2017.
After payment order was not placed, i contact flipkart, they said we had not received payment, contact your bank.

I had made payment of rs.1781 to jaipur vidyut vitran ltd. Via phonepe on 16th october, 2017 at 12.24pm regarding my electricity payment of consumer no.[protected]. The transaction id is:- ici206edf11ef63415e929698b07dea564f.
Till date this payment is not received by jvvnl and it is still showing due. Kindly solve the issue at the earliest. Otherwise i will have to take a legal action against the company.

Dear sir,
I was using phonepay for electricity bill payment and transaction got failed due to technical issue.1020 rs deducted from my account. Now its been 15 days they did't refund money and now they asking me to reach bank for the same.
Worst service they have given as i don't have time to reach bank. Also they dont have any helpline number.

Once i ordered something from flipkart payment was done through phonepe but due to some size issue i returned it n i got refund(refund date - 7th october) in flipkart app ( phonepe wallet) next when i tried ordering some other thing from flipkart through phonepe using wallent amount during transaction all the amount which was there disappear . now the wallet is showing empty.please help me out with this.i tried calling them complaining them...

I booked two tickets from ticket new using phone pe, when i choose phone pe it was mentioned that 30% cash back up to 125 but i didn't get the cashback yet. Now don't say again that cashback is not eligible to my order because it was mentioned when i choose phone pe to pay the amount. Find the attachment as a proof that it is actually mentioned there otherwise, you will say that it is not eligible like you said when i paid in flipkart (Od[protected]...

I would like to inform that i received a call and got trapped in a phone call received by a person pretending to be phonepe agent and was cheated.

I received a call today morning around 07:22 am from an unknown number ([protected]) stating the he being a phonepe executive and would like to discuss and resolve the matter logged with phonepe regarding "unable to add axis bank atm cum debit card"...

On 13th march i made transfer of rs 10000/- through phonepe andriod app (Upi transaction) money debited and not refunded. Am continuously asking to phonepe team they are not resolving my issue. Every time they are acknowledging me "your issue is escalated our technical team is working please wait for some time" i was shared all the necessary evidences and documents whatever they asked but still not solving my issue...

My phone pe registered is [protected]. I have made transaction on 30th october 2017 which got failed. But i was deducted with money of 14992 rs for failed transaction. How ever i tried reaching phone pe customer care but no response. Customer care is too worst we cant even contact any one for our issue.

I have done transaction throw phonepe app in aug 2017. But some how my transaction has failed once next time its done successfully.
After 15 days and taking of lot of follow up phonepe send me email saying that failed transaction is stuck in the bank it self and u need to contact to bank for credited failed amount. I was then contacted with my bank for the same, and bank send me in email that the amount was detected and credited into...

I have a failed transaction of ₹999 since 11October. And yet nothing is done by the Phonepe. I m just fed up. They say that their customer service executive will call but nothing.
Such a waste. I suggest no one should use this app anymore. Worst customer service.
New new interface is good. But later it becomes worst.
And top of all. Ur money is gone. No reply no nothing....

In diwali flipkart sale i tried to buy one sofa cover from the flipkart. So i tried to pay using phone pe app for rs 509.in which 100rs deducted from my wallet and rest rs 409 is deducted from my bank account. But some how payment is declined by you guys to flipkart but the same amount was deducting from my account and wallet. Detail of transaction is shown below;
