I am one bus ticket booking in railyatri on 07 nov.
But 20%cashback not given.in terms and conditions 2times eligible for this offer and i am compliments also but till no slow the problem.
I am send the screenshot pls slow the problem...

I did a recharge of 509 rs on phonepe which is unsuccessful for last 10 days.

(Reason for failed recharge : the number entered is not a jio number, by mistake chosen a wrong non jio number and performed a jio prepaid recharge - which must result in recharge failure)

My recharge is failed and still my deducted amount is not reversed. Phonepe support not responding or taking any action since 10 days. No resolution...

I recharged airtel landline bill 825 rs on 7 nov amount is deducted from my account i got 75 rs cashback also but transaction failed..
Tell me when i will get my money back

I recharged 399/- (10/11/2017) for jio mobile number through phone pe application and it's showing as successfully, but i got a message like it will be activate within two business days, but still i didn't get any information from phone pe app and i didn't get activate the recharge, herewith i send the the transaction details.

Sir on 5th november amount of rs399 has been deducted from my new account on phonepe app. The transaction for recharging account has been cancelled but still after 10 days they hadn't refunded it and there is no response from customer care they are just exceeding the days to solve the issue. I booked a flight ticket on easemytrip and made payment through phonepe... Transaction failed first time but successful second time and cashback not credited... I continuously mailed to phonepe customercare for cashback but no proper response... After 1 month executive called me and told it's software problem we can't help you but can collect your feedback for future. Don't use phonepe they are just cheating consumer on name of cashback......

I did my first recharge on airtel of 399 but i instantly received a msg regarding "recharge couldnt be processed" and than i found that the amount was deducted from my account bt at the same time i found that a i had received a amount of rs50 cashback on phonpe as it was my first prepaid recharge... I waited and thought what to do next becoz i didnt receive any balance on my airtel account... After 5 to 6mins i saw that the amount was refunded...

I have three issues regarding to phonepe payment app.1. Transaction failed and my money detected.2. Recharge failed money detected 3. They give wrong cashback. My transaction fail and my money detected at my account. I create ticket in phonepe app. This is 20th day, till now they don't send my money back 1000. They're don't give any response also... Phonepe is the company which takes care of the wallet of flipkart and they have been so pathetic in even showing concern toward the problem and sending mails with even no connection

Phone pe wallet is a third party of myntra, had my credit balance with phone pe wallet since august, while trying using the same amount in oct. It got debited automatically from phone pe wallet. I have not used that amount against any order. And i have tried calling them umpteen number of times. But no one at their customer center at least picked up the phone.

I ordered a package on 13 oct 2017 from jabong using phonepe app but due to some reasons transaction was failed but my account was debited with rs[protected] from account + 200 from phonepe wallet). I complained twice but till now neither they solved my problem nor they are responding to my mails or phone calls.
Earlier they gave me 31 oct 2017 to solvey problem then they extended it to 6 nov 2017 but till date the haven't solved it...
