Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — induction cooktop malfunctioning and complaint id 1444664 pending since 1 month | |||
I had purchased a pigeon cooktop through amazon in july last year and product is covered under 1 year warranty. It became nonfunctional. I raised a customer complaint id 1444664 on 1st june'20. The engineer called me next day but refused to cater as there is no service centre in faridabad these days. He even refused home service due to staff issues. When i again complained to customer care they asked to contact service manager. He too asked for time as they were trying to appoint a centre in faridabad and showed inability to send an engineer due to acute staff shortage which is not my problem as they should not sell product if they are not able to provide after sale service. After that he or the mechanic stopped picking my call. I have sent a number of emails to customer care and called them number of times to no avail. They give promises and new complaint numbers but no service till date after almost a month. Please dont ever buy any stovekraft or pigeon product. Was this information helpful? | |||
