I brought a 3 burner gas stove and it was having issues at all the times. Gas leak, not having good material etc. Two days back while cooking the glass of the stove has brunet and blasted automatically and glass pieces would have hurtled my family members very badly. Luckily nothing had happened.
Very bad quality product and I did buy it from Amazon.in. Its even much poor than any local burner as well. Raising the concern to pigeon team to resolve the problem.

After a couple of follow up's and waited for a period of more than 2 months, still my problem is not resolved. This must be addressed as the stove is still in warranty period.
There are many email's been exchanged between customer care and myself but still to now no resolution been provided. I don't know where the issue is lies in between.
I think the company tries to hide this so that the cost can be saved. With the complain, they need to provide me a new stove and to save it, they are not replying to my mail.
I will wait for 2 more days to get a response back and then will raise the complain in PM portal and so educate other people for not to buy pigeon product.
