Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Received a faulty product and not getting replaced

Please provide me with a solution I have received a faulty product airfryer some how I arranged a technician now he visited and said circuit is faulty and left without any solution I have tried to communicate through the mail as well but no response has been received and I have called helpline number where staff was so rude I need to hangup the call before it gets into heat of the argument
