Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Replacement of Hand Blender

I gave my hand blender for servicing in service centre Jaipur on date 29 March 2022.
But they found blender is burned and request for replacement.
But yet on date 30 may 2022 my issue is not resolved.
