This is sujitha from chennai (Nesapakkam). I bought a pigeon platino wet grinder through amazon on 22st aug 2018, it says i have 5 years warranty. My grinder was not working properly, i called customer care and requested for service, the customer care executive said that i will get a call from service team and the issue will be rectified in 72 hours, now more than a week still none of one has come for service... I called the customer service many times, initially they gave durai pandey ([protected]) and told to contact, i called him many times but he didn't have courtesy to respond the call, again i called the executive said that she will escalate this issue to her manager and suggested to wait to get a call from pigeon manager, i have waited more than two days still i didn't receive any call from anyone... Today i called the customer care, she gave another person no [protected] (Mahesh kumar) and told me to contact on this regard... I called him many times but no response from him too... Again i called customer care, now she has given the above email i'd and suggested to send an email. Whenever i call customer service they are trying to disconnect the call they don't have intension to provide proper service i don't know how can i proceed further... Very much disappointed with the customer service... My complaint no : 1269459
