Pine Labs — Service canceled in June 2020 but still monthly bills are sent

We have disconnect pine lab service in June 2020 and the pos machine was collected back in September 2020. I have receipt and email confirmation from pine labs but I am being billed every month and harassed by customer care to pay the outstanding bill. Even after informing customer care that I have disconnected the service they are not updating my account status and still billing me from last 20 months post disconnecting the service.
