Pista House — Scam & Harrasement towards customer

I am writing to formally complain about a recent order I placed at your restaurant via Swiggy on September 17th, 2023. I had ordered a Zafrani Mutton Biryani with Chicken 65 from your Suchitra Circle, Hyderabad location. However, I received an incorrect order, consisting of Chicken Biryani and Chicken 65 instead.

Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, I have faced significant challenges. Swiggy's customer support failed to respond to my complaint, and when I contacted your restaurant, I was instructed to visit in person. Upon visiting, I received no resolution, was asked to return another day, and ultimately faced unresponsiveness from your staff.

After several days of waiting for a response, my attempts to contact your restaurant were met with unprofessional behavior, including the use of vulgar language and accusations towards the delivery boy. Your staff refused to accept responsibility for the error and declined to provide a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience caused.

This experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and accountability from Pista House Restaurant. The incorrect order, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct have left me extremely dissatisfied.

I look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter and hope that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
