[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — Complaint about an online order (order no.[protected] that has not been completed after 12 hours

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied to inform that we had placed an online delivery of 2 medium pizzas and one garlic bread on 21st April 2023 around 9pm (order no.[protected] from Metropolis Mall store . At first the delivery was not made even though the app showed that they have reached. Only after we had placed a complaint call, did the delivery person call us and deliver the parcel. But unfortunately, after we opened our package we found 2 medium pizzas but no garlic bread. We called the delivery person immediately and he said he would inform the store and call us back. But we didn't receive any call and had to call the delivery and customer care again. No one took any initiative to take promt action or inform us of such. Again today on 22nd april 2023 we called the customer care but no action has still been taken to resolve the issue. This is so unlikely for a reputed company like Pizza Hut to deliver so poor service. Not only did we not receive our entire order but we are still facing negligence and harrassment. Please do the needful to resolve our issue at the earliest.

After calling toll free multiple times, they have connected me directly to the store. They have apologised for the problem we have faced and provided us the ordered package along with a complimentary pizza. Thank you for the gesture.
