I had registered for the course during July 2022 but later on due to my son's unavailability of attending the classes, I opted out for cancellation of the course after attending 10 days.
Initially, they told me that they will deduct 10 days fees of the class and promised that they would return the balance fee back to us.
Its been more than 8 months, but the company doesn't seem to look into my refund process. They had informed that the refund process will take place within 6-month, but no words from their team as such.
Also, there's a teacher by name Shivangi, who has informed that the company is not in the position to refund the amount. We asked her, why?, she informs that there is no such policy of refund in their company. I ask, what kind of company they are running? Can we have someone help us out to get out hard-earned money back from this leached type company who knows only how to squeeze money but never returning back when the course is cancelled.
