Planet Spark — Need to close my EMI and refund my EMI from planet spark

Sir/mam,

I am saranya lakshmi, My son was joined in the planet spark on Aprl 2022, Total 89000/-. We paid 8000/- .Then i arrange the balance 81428/- EMi from Early salary through the planet spark customer care Mr. Abdullah Ramzin. My monthly Emi amount- 3877/- . On sep 20th, i mailed to the planet spark to stop the classes and to close my Emi. They are asking the student details. And i get the call from planet spark, in the call i confirmed to stop the classes and close my EMI on sep 24th. Then NOV5th, 2022, i talked to Ms. Shilpa, customer care person, she told me once you will confirm the cancellation mail, we deduct your already attended classes fee, "for the cancellation each consumed class will be calculated as 800 RS + 18 gst.", this message came from the customer care side. And she told, i[censored] will need to pay the emi of the next month, that amount will be refund from Early salary itself or it will refund fom the early salary. After that one month no respond from the mail or call from the planet spark. But early salary debit the emi of 3 month. From nov, 2022 to till now. Now recently i chatted to the planet spark customer care person, Ms. shalu chatted me, we wont refund the amount. for the emi, you can attend the classes . Before we joined the classes, Mr. Abdullah told me, if your son will not like this classes, you can stop it and get the refund from our side and can to stop the EMI from early salary. BUt now they are messsaging me, we are not able to refund the amount. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible. This month also i have to pay emi for early salary. Planet spark customer care is completely cheated me. Please try to understand my problem and solve it soon sir.
