I here with registered my son with Plante Spark with great hope to develop his public speaking competencies.
In this regard as urged by them to book the schedule as token amount remitted a payment of Rs.2000 after to the rehearsal / Demo session / class on 29th June 2022.
Not more than a week once again they urged me to make a payment of rs. 7000/- close to Rs.9000 to proceed with EMI option which i was not interested to opt for that.
then they came forward with 1.5 years with 180 hours of session by remitting the balance amount of 24, 000 to start with the session.
From that day till the end of August 2022, there is no communication or acknowledgement with regard to registration of my son.
After two months i further to my intimation only then the head counselor Mrs.. Anjali Bikshit came forward and proposed to schedule the class.
But my ward has after waiting for one month period, with great displeasure engaged with some other program and he cannot no longer attend to any other sessions also.
Today when i raised the ticket to customer care support desk for the Unique Id 30410, they told me as per the cancellation policy he has to attend minimum 5 hrs of class which was no longer mentioned to me and finally told me that Rs.9000 will be retained by them for assisting me with EMI options which was not opted by me any more.
i want other parents to keep themselves refrain from these associates employed in such reupute organizations. Was this information helpful? |
