Two deposits of rs. 1.00 lac each were given to the company vide fdr nos. 9189 dated 21.07.2011, matured on 20.07.2014 and no. 9217 dated 18.07.2011 matured on 17.07.2014. The payment of the matured deposits has not been released by the company as on date.
The interest at 12.5% has also not been paid by the company since 01.04.2014.
