Plethico Pharmaceuticals — Payment not received on maturity of FD

Dear Sir / Madam, This is to bring to your kind notice that my mother was holding an FD in Plethico Pharma of Rs 2.25 Lakhs ( FD no. 8996). The said FD got matured on 19 / 07 / 14. Regret to state that we were not given the Quarterly interest on this FD due on 30 / 06 / 14. Also, even after submission of the Original FD to your Mumbai Office, we have till date not received our Original payment. I know this matter is not related to you directly, but am writing to you with a hope that you would help us in getting our dues from Plethico Pharma. Just for your information please, I have done N number of times follow up with these personnel's - Mr. Suresh Malviya, Ms. Samiksha, Mr. Uttam, but none of them gives a satisfactory answer. Rather at times they become rude too. Request to please help in getting my mother's maturity amount. Await a favorable response from your end at the earliest.
