Hello gentlemen, I am santosh kumar varma. I have booked the train ticket on 24.07.2021 via AMAZON but first time transdaction failed and 2nd time transdaction done while amount 508.68×2 deducted in both time. According the AMAZON failed amount 508.68 refund against RRN[protected] but this refunded amount not credited in my PNB account yet. So you are requested that please cooperate and resolve.
