i had issue regarding mobile banking and for that i had registerd complain but no procees is yet taken also being call again and again to branch they are not taking any action also i want to told that whenever i used to call branch than they ignore me and either they trnafer call to some other emoployee or put call on hold such a behavoiour and attitude is shown by the branch staff this is what you are giving to customer
tottaly disapointed by the PNB service it had been alomost 1 month for my complaint if you can help on this than pleasss else i have to take some strict action because i dont want that this to be happen with other employee
