DEAR SIR, WITH DUE RESPECT I, HARIRAM GUPTA WITH POLICY NUMBER[protected] WITH AGENT IN AXIS BANK(FA NAME BADRI NARAYAN DAS, CODE[protected] HAS GIVEN A REQUEST FOR WINDING UP THE POLICY.HE ASSURED ME TO GET IT CLOSED SOON AND MY MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERED ELECTRONICALLY TO MY ACCOUNT(SBI).BUT THE PROBLEM LIES THAT TILL NOW I HAD NOT RECIEVED THE RECIEVABLES FROM METLIFE INSURANCE COMPANY.I HAD HANDED OVER MY BANK PASS BOOK"S XEROX, MY CANCELLED CHEQUES(SIGNED) BUT STILL IT HAS NOT BEEN PASSED TO MY ACCOUNT. THE POLICY WAS DRAWN ON AXIS BANK, BALASORE BRANCH AND THE AGENT HAS MADE IT WITH FULL OF HIS CONFIDENCE WHICH WAS QUIET SATISFACTORY, BUT WHEN IT CAME TO WIND UP/CLOSURE WHY THIS DELAY I JUST DONT KNOW??WHY THIS ??WE, THE CUSTOMERS WERE READY INSTANTLY WHEN THE AGENT WAS TO MAKE A POLICY TO US!!BUT WHY THEY FORGET US WHEN WE WANT TO SURRENDER IT TO OUR CHOICE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK!!IS IT FAIR??WHY SO MUCH OF DELAY??WHY? THEREFORE I, WANT THAT WITH OUT WASTING MORE TIME I WANT THAT METLIFE TAKE FURTHUT FAIR STEPS TO GET MY POLICY SURRENDERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS I AM VERY DISSATISFIED BY THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIORS IN CLOSURE DELAYS AND UNATTENTIVENESS.
