Pnb Metlife Insurance — worst service, money deducted after policy lapsed

Hi, my self rajkumar maity, i did pnb metlife guaranteed income plan, policy no is 21938406 on july 02, 2016. I am totally unsatisfied with their service. The reasons are.

1. They did not send me any bond policy paper, i requested pnb customer care to send me my policy paper but still, after 2 years they did not send me any paper. I was not worrying too much because i have e policy documents. But after my several requests, they did not send me any hard copy of my policy to my address.

2. My policy due date was july 02, 2018. Due to lack of money, i did not want to renew my policy, so after one month grace period my policy lapsed. But the main problem happened on 24 th october 2018 they cut 49279.76 rupees from my bank account. I contacted customer care they told me that your auto debit is on, what the heck is this? I did not send them any request to reinstate my lapsed policy. How could you cut balance like this without my permission? This is totally illegal. I want my money back. That's it.
This totally cheating company.
3. The sales manager is not picking up my phone who made my policy, his name is pintu dutta, he totally misguided me about the policy.

I am really frustrated with their service. I want to quit and want my hard earned money back.
