PNB MetLife — Payment of renewal premium | |||||
Quarterly premium of Rs. 15000/- is payable on 23rd of December 2015. As I will be abroad until 28th of January, I paid an amount of Rs. 15, 000/- at the Governor pet Branch (Museum Road) Vijayawada Branch. The Branch accepted the amount with the particulars provided (Policy No./Mobile No/Email ID. Later the Branch called me to the Branch (Phone No. [protected]) I visited the Branch once again and told them that the amount is payable on Quarterly Basis and I could not make online payment as sufficient balance is not there in my Net Banking account. I have been to that area where the Branch is situated and having seen the Branch at reach, had a thought of making payment as your website says that payment can be made at any PNB branch. On my second visit, they first told me to take back the money and pay at the PNB Metlife Insurance Branch. The Branch Manager suggested the staff to contact the PNB Metlife Branch for necessary action. They told me that they will take care and I can leave. While I almost reached my home at Tadepalli, Guntur Dist, I had a call from a Cell Phone: [protected] asking me to stay at the Branch or visit on Monday. I said that I could not visit as I am leaving on 28th and will be coming back only on 28th Jan 2016 and I just wanted to make the payment (the grace period for payment ends on 23rd Jan 2015).
