PNB — Miscommunicate and misbehave by consumer executive | |||
I have account in PNB Bank. I forgot my internet login password for my account so i have requested my reset password over the phone and he asked to deliver my password at my HOME. Even after 1 month passed i have not received my password so i called customer care number and had word with Pankaj Chaudhary and he denied the password to be delivered at home address. So I told him that previously one of the executive only told me that password will be come at your home address like i received at first time login password when i got my new account. But he replied rudely that your password cant come to your house and you have to visit branch. Then i told that why your executive told me to deliver to home address then he told you can wait for your password but you will not received. He was not good to speak with customer and i am very disappointed with bank services and customer care support. As executives are not guiding customers correctly. Was this information helpful? | |||
