PNB — Pending refund from Amazon mobile shopping app

I Ordered An Item From AMAZON SHOPPING APP, But Got Cancelled By Delivery Agent After Which Amazon Refunded The Amount Of Rs.7999 AND Rs.100 Whose REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER Is 30005110201020183090988 THE payment is Still Not reflected in my bank account.
DATE OF REFUND PROCESSED- 27/01/2021
please help me to resolve my issue as it has been more than 20 days of waiting but still it is pending.
