[Resolved] PNB — Refund Initiated but not received From amazon after 60 days | |
My self bought a LAPTOP from Amazon by debit card no ending with 8216. Due to sone problem i had to return it to amazon. They initiated the refund on 15 dec 2020 ammount of rs67192 . Today is 10 February 2021, but stiil refund money not credited to my account. Amazon provided RRN NO - 30005103380338154855975. My account name - Dilip Kumar Dhar Account Number[protected] Branch - SBDO DUM DUM IFSC CODE - PUNB0067720 My mobile no is [protected]. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Feb 15, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After 60 days so many complains on this site, complaints on amazon, bank and also national consumer helpline today on 15 February finally i received my money back. It was a long stress and harassment. But the main problem is i still do not know who is responsible bank or amazon.. Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
