[Resolved]  PNB — Refund not credited in my bank account but initiated by amazon india

i have done a transaction of 1371.02 on 23/02/21, through amazon but it was cancelled by amazon and immediately they initiated the refund of 1371.02 and after 8 days i received a mail from amazon that they successfully transferred the refund amount in your original payment mode that was my pnb debit card linked to above mentioned account number, but i have not received my refund amount in my account, then i called amazon they have given me a refund reference number and they told they had successfully transferred the amount and told its ur bank fault for delay in refund i am providing screenshot of refund reference number, please check the whole issue so that my refund should reflect in my account
