PNB — Regarding amount not credited into my account against the transaction of Rs. 2496/- made by E-commerce Amazon on 03.02.2021.

I made a transaction of amount Rs 2496/- on 29.01.2021 through my debit card of PNB to buy Skull candy wireless earbuds from the ecommerce website Amazon. Due to some quality issues, I returned the item on 03.02.2021 and the refund was issued by Amazon on the same day which was supposed to be reflected in my account within next 3-5 days but the same has not been credited into my account till date. I contacted Amazon and they gave me Refund Reference no. 30005110291029144280944 so I request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
