PNB — Regarding refund of Rs. 617,which is initiated into my debit card from amazon on 04 feb.2021 but the amount has not been got.

My name is Pappu kumar and I had ordered two Books of Rs.617( numerical solution of ode and pde+ word power made easy) in Amazon on 01-feb-2021 and after 03-feb-2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 04-feb-2021Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn;t get the money. Amazon send this reference no.30005110321032184691602 and told me to fill charge dispute form, but punjab national bank doesn't have such policy. So kindely respondto thiscomplaint its very urgetnt. My card number is.[protected].
