[Resolved] PNB — Regarding transfer of my account | |||
Hi, I am existing customer of Punjab National Bank Achalganj, Unnao Branch (PUNB0052500). I had visited the branch twice to collect my Debit card but the Manager replied, we do not have stock of Debit Cards right now.So I had requested and given application to transfer my account to Jawahar Nagar Unnao Branch (PUNB0367900). It has been more than 20 days still my account is not transferred, I tried to contact branch and customer care but did not got any satisfactory answer. The service provided by the Branch is not at all satisfactory and they are forcing the customers to open the account in private banks. Please take serious action and help to improve condition of Nationalized Govt Banks.
