Policy Bazaar — Cancellation of policy and refund | |||||
My policy was conducted on 5/06/2017 in Bajaj Allianz through Policy Bazaar. Policy no.-OG[protected]-00000770. This policy was done by Sumit Kumar who is an employ of Policy Bazaar, his employment no. is PW04363. He made this a third party policy which was totally wrong, therefore, I requested its cancellation. At this Sumit Kumar advised me to have one more policy and I did the same in National Insurance Company. He also assured me that the money would be refunded within 24 hrs, i.e. by 6/06/17. Next day when I didn't receive my money, I contacted the costumer care[protected] of policy bazaar, they asked me drop a mail at [protected]@policybazaar.com and [protected]@policybazaar.com giving them the policy details. I sent them all the required documents but nothing happened. I then sent mails to bajaj allianz and all the associated authorities but did not get my money back. On 28/6/17, I contacted the costumer care of Policy Bazaar and they provided me a UTR NO- KKBK[protected], even after this my account did not reflect any money. On contacting Policy Bazaar after sometime, they told me that they had not received any money from Bajaj Allianz and asked for some more time. A month has passed now and the employs are just lingering on this matter. Nishant Bhandari, another employ of Policy Bazaar is dealing this matter but he never gives satisfactory response.
