Policy Bazaar — Policy bazaar is not giving me the insurance copy even after taking payments on 25th of february 2016 | |||||
I renewed my health insurance policy (Smart health insurance policy - basic Plan) using policy bazaar and made the payment on 25th of february 2016 for which i received the email stating that they have received the payment. Today the date is 02nd of april and after sending numerous emails and calling them up numerous times, i do not know whether they are going to give me the insurance policy or not. When i call them, they say request has been forwarded to the concerned department and they will get back to me in 48 hours, but that never happens.
