Policy Bazaar — received insurance policy with incorrect details | |||
I have purchased a car insurance policy and following details are incorrect in the policy document. Following are the details which are incorrect. Current details to be changed Salutation mr. Anu makkar mrs. Anu makkar Previous policy number abc123 [protected] Ncb 0% 50% Address not updated k-11, double storey, malka Ganj, delhi-110007 Cubic capacity 1197 1086 I have raised it with the policy bazaar team on dated 1st of may 2019. The team shared the complaint number as well[protected]. Since then there is no update from the team. After making the payment i didn't receive the correct policy document. Today I purchased two wheeler insurance from Royal Sundaram through policy bazar.
I successfully did with payment but after payment, I got redirected to the error page and Amount is deducted from my account.
