[Resolved]  Polinsys Overseas Career Specialist — quebec migration

I filed a migration to quebec with polinsys.
They kept us waiting for around 3 years and now informed us that the file is returned.
They contact us on phone only wen they need money.
After getting their payment no calls or updates will be there. Last communication was to pay money for ucinum and they said only if i pay money they will give the num. Then we waited for long and there was no response. We called up one day and they said file is returned.
In short i lost my money and time and nothing happened.
