I have purchased bajaj avenger street 150 on 26-feb-2016, chassis no. Md2a85cz3gcl46860, engine no. Pdzcgl40296, from popular bajaj showroom, banerghatta road (Bangalore)
When i asked for test drive for the same bike which i am going to purchase, but they didn't gave me test drive, in-fact they said that as bike is in go-down so they will not able to provide the test drive to me and they said that they will do the testing and will provide customer satisfaction. But when i got my bike in hand i was completely shattered as from first day only same problems i am facing. When i went back to the showroom they didn't rectified my problems asked to come for first servicing after a month.

First servicing again problems wasn't rectified, same problems again and again was facing. But i am sad to say that after first servicing more problems i have faced. Tremendous bad service. On the same day they did a scratch mark on my bike oil tank, after telling that how the mark is developed, they accepted there mistake and they tried to do something, but color at the same place got faded.

In between 5-6 times i have being to the showroom, but the problems wasn't rectified, same as it is they gave me the bike back with more and more problems.

Again on thursday (5th may 2016), i went to showroom with same problems, from afternoon till evening my bike was at the showroom, but when i went in the evening they gave me the bike back as usual nothing my problems was rectified.
I really don't know that what kind of engineers you have at your place that they don't understand the problems. Very pathetic and i am really unhappy with the service your branch is giving me.
Before buying the bike 100 of calls i have received just asking for when i will come and pay the amount, but after the full payment, for service no calls, no reminders for service, no rectifications.

I will definitely not recommended any of my friend to bajaj showroom (Bannerghata
