Popular Bajaj — Poor performance in inspecting New Bike before delivery

I bought new Discover 125 M, Reg No. KA05JM1970 at POPULAR BAJAJ, Kamakya branch, Banglr on 28/03/2015. The first day itself it was not starting while travelling to temple..I gave it back and received next day. While travelling to Mysore on 30/3/2015 it was instantaneously stucking up on d way..I took 7 hrs to travel 135 kms..I visited showroom in mysore n dey told u can travel to bglr..Not even 2 kms crossd it got off again..Through luggage auto I took bike to railway..and to bglr therby parcel..Gave back to showroom again through luggage auto..I consulted the executives often after getting problem..They dint check properly..They are not reimbursing my all expenses..telling bajaj is the responsible company claim there itself..Please revert at the earliest possible..else I appeal to consumer Court..
